Billy Stanton

General Manager

Billy attended Green Mountain College in Vermont, originally studying agriculture. He transferred to the resort and hospitality program at Killington, where he worked making snow and studying the resort business. When he returned to New York he continued his hospitality career at Bedford Post, moving through the ranks from bus boy to kitchen expeditor, then to floor captain. While Billy’s hospitality career was advancing, his hankering for agriculture drew him to Cabbage Hill Farm, growing and delivering produce to local restaurants. Billy was among the very first employees of Farmer and The Fish, having been with the restaurant from its opening day. Now our General Manager, he is a well known personality to our guests.
