After spending the past few years in the fire of owning and operating our restaurants, Chef Mike is returning to his farm full time this growing season. This includes running this year's CSA! Chef will be planning, growing and harvesting your share every week with his crew. He will also be deciding your weekly add ons and recipes, and will be available to you throughout the season. It's sure to be a bountiful and exciting CSA this year, with lots of innovation and personal touches from Chef.
Purdy’s Farmer & The Fish Annual Community Supported Agriculture Program
Join us each summer for 13 weeks of delicious, sustainably grown produce and weekly surprises from local food producers and our kitchen at Farmer & The Fish.
Your share will include:
12-15 seasonal items grown on our farm
Battenkill Valley glass bottle milk (specify whole fat free, or chocolate)
NYS free range eggs

Pickup: Tuesday evenings, 4-7 pm in front of the Farm Shop at Purdy’s Farmer & The Fish
We will be happy to accommodate one skip week for families, to be added on to the end of the season.

Live down county? We can drop off your weekly CSA share at our sister restaurant Hudson Farmer & The Fish in Sleepy Hollow every Tuesday for pick up.
Our Farm Shop now stocks the same varietals of vegetables grown on our farm for you to bring home and plant on yours! Whether its chives, tomatoes, basil or lettuce, seeds, soil, fertilizer or pots, Purdy's Farm has what you need to get your garden started right and a team of farmers to answer all your questions. All of our transplants are born and raised right here in Purdy's in our greenhouse with love and care. Pesticide free, non GMO as always!
